Decadent healthy brownie

These are so good, hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

pre heat oven to 350


1/2 cup sweet potato roasted

6 tbs our chocolate bergamot honey

3 tbs  Cocoa powder

1 tbs espresso or strong coffee

1 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp salt

4 eggs

10 tbs butter melted until slightly brown, then cooled to room temp

1 cup almond meal

place all ingredients, except almond meal and chocolate chips into blender, blend on medium until mixed

place in a bowl, fold in the almond meal, then chips until mixed.

place into a small pan and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
